Our little Finley is growing up fast and learning all sorts of new things. The other night, I was putting her to bed and she was pulling her usual trick of wanting Mommy to lay down with her. I told her I wouldn't lay down with her but I'd stay in her room until she fell asleep, so I sat on the floor and started to do my stretches. I had been sitting in a deep stretch for at least 4 minutes when I came up to move into a new one. Finley had been so quiet I thought she was sleeping, but I was surprised to see her laying on her tummy with her chin in her palms, watching me intently. She caught my eye and said, "You doin' 'oga?" Had I not known that yogurt is "'ogurt" and backyard is "back'ard", I probably would have been confused!
