As we all know, Finley may suffer from Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder and she DEFINITELY has her father's temper. After busying herself for hours by spreading the silverware and taking out the cups and matching them to their lids on her perfectly spread out "geen" blankie (believe me, this picture doesn't do it justice!), Grandma Julie's 'oga lesson was a great tool for Finley's coping toolbox! Now, when she get's really mad and tries to hit Cam, he just says, "Namaste, Finley" and they practice their breathing. It's good for both of them!

Namaste, My Dear OCD Finley
As we all know, Finley may suffer from Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder and she DEFINITELY has her father's temper. After busying herself for hours by spreading the silverware and taking out the cups and matching them to their lids on her perfectly spread out "geen" blankie (believe me, this picture doesn't do it justice!), Grandma Julie's 'oga lesson was a great tool for Finley's coping toolbox! Now, when she get's really mad and tries to hit Cam, he just says, "Namaste, Finley" and they practice their breathing. It's good for both of them!
