Summer Update

Finley has been staying busy now that the summer weather has come back. Last weekend, we went to the lake with Annie and Luke. It was really cool because it was right by the airport and planes kept flying right over us. Finley didn't even get scared! Then, we went to visit Grandma and Grandpa in Waseca and Grandma bought Finley some new "school clothes". Her favorite buy is definitely the new white Pumas with sparkles on the sides. She wouldn't let me take them off! I tried 3 times while she was sleeping and each time she woke up and said, "No take off my shoes!" She now wears them religiously and picks all her outfits so they match her new shoes. We've been spending lots of time on the swingset lately. Finley is getting so brave - she lays back and lets go with her hands. She loves to get pushed "fast" and doesn't even mind the planes when she's swinging. Cam has also been playing catch with her and trying to teach her to swing a bat. She still has that strong arm that she had as a baby. I think Cam has as much fun, if not more, than Finley!
