Old Pictures

Since getting my new camera for Mother's Day, I've taken so many pictures, but I haven't had time to blog them all! Here are a couple of old ones from Mother's Day weekend. Auntie Annie and Finners look so lovely in the beautiful Spring sunshine. It's like they planned their outfits to look good on that day. I'm so thankful Finley has a farm to visit as we wouldn't want her to forget her roots!
The other two pictures are from a couple of weeks ago, when the weather first got nice. Finley did not like the feeling of grass on her bare feet, but it was so cute to see her little bare butt shining against the bright, green lawn that I couldn't help making her run around a little bit. As you can see from her dirty, little hand, she certainly has a love of the earth in her genes. She LOVES to take dirt from one of my flower pots and carry it to another one. Cam is training her to pick the dandelions, but we're finding it a little challenging to get her to understand that it's not ok to pick Mommy's expensive flowers! In an effort to get her to see the difference, I've been working on getting her to smell the flowers and say, "Ahhhhh!" She's a pretty good mimic, especially considering the flowers actually smell like stinky feet!
