Finley has been quite busy the last few days having lots of firsts. On Thursday, she met Cam's cousin, Tory. She liked him a lot and was very relaxed with him, as you can see. On Friday, Finn met her first great-grandparents, Grandma and Grandpa Laven. They stopped by on their way back from their winter in Arizona. Finley and Grandma Laven were mutually in love with one another. On Sunday, Finley went to church for the first time. She was very good and was introduced to the congregation by Pastor Mary. She was a hit! While Finley was having lots of firsts, mom and dad got to have one as well. Cam and I went on our first "date" without Finley Sunday night and left her with a babysitter. While we got to meet a couple of friends before seeing an awesome Patty Griffin concert, Grandma Brenda got to spend some quality time with Finn. With the weather turning warm finally, she has been taking lots of walks with her mom and dad. Today, we enjoyed the 80 degree weather on our trek around Lake Calhoun. Don't worry - she wore a bonnet and we kept her covered up ;)

Finnley looks to be really enjoying that walk.
I love all of the photos, I seem to shed a tear every time, I'm such a sap.
I love you all, keep sending updates!
a kiss for Finn
Looks like you guys are having a wonderful time. So nice that the weather is good and you can go for walks! That picture with Tory made me laugh - she sure does look relaxed. Kisses to ALL of you. Thanks for posting such nice pics.
Love, Love, Love
You forgot to mention that Finley actually SMILES (and NOT from gas!). She is so interested and attuned to her surroundings, and responds. She is getting ready to coo, and I'm amazed at how she listens - especially to music. I know it is because of all the TLC, and private "concerts" she receives from her devoted and doting parents. Finley is a lucky, lucky girl!
When I opened up Finley's page, Sadie said, "Hey, Finn! That's my sister!" She's really proud she made it on the website. It's like she's a star, too.
